So someone has a wireless contract which expires soon and is looking for a new mobile phone, and naturally they want the coolest mobile phone they can get and as such they are considering the options of the iPhone and Palm Pre, the T-Mobile myTouch 3G and the Motorola Droid.

i wish we have a “.com” button on the mac keyboard. Funny how Apple thought of it for the iPhone but not the keyboard. Accoring to TechCrunch the sales of the iPhone application iFog[ itunes link ][$.99] when way up after T-Mobile release a comercial for the MyTouch 3G. Who would though T-Mobile would help promote iPhone Apps.

TechCrunch is reporting that sales of the iPhone app iFog [$0.99 - iTunes link] have shot up following a T-Mobile commercial for the myTouch (their rebranded Google Android Magic, which in no way is meant to glom any mind share from i(Pod) touch), where Saturday Night Live alum, Dana Carvey demonstrates a similar Android app. Given This is a story by the iPhone Blog.

I’ve been a ridiculous Iphone holdout, predominantly b/c my t-mobile bill is about half what it would be with ATT.  I tried to make the switch to an Android phone last year with the release of the G1, and took the clunky handset back after a couple of weeks trying to learn to love it.  The Mytouch 3G was a HUGE improvement in hardware, and I’ve been really happy with the switch from my Blackberry. We mentioned a few weeks ago that the Android 1.6 SDK had been released for developers, and T-Mobile and Google have been rolling it out over the past few days to T-Mobile G1 and myTouch 3G owners.
