I have the phone until Monday (11/2/2009) and since I have Google Voice I’m going to be using it as my primary phone (cause I don’t have to tell everyone a new phone number). The following video is a quick preview into some of the tests and reviews I’m going to do against it.

Does your kinda-new Android handset already feel old, slow, and left behind? With a quick hack and a custom ROM, a G1, myTouch, or other Android phone can look and feel fresher and, most importantly, run a bit quicker. So if you’ve got Google Voice and a T-Mobile MyFaves-bearing phone, you must have heard by now that you can add your Google Voice number as a fave and thus get free calls to and from everybody, and yes, this is true. It’s a little bit of a pain, though, as you have to call your number and… …anyway, Evan Charlton fixed that for you, if you’ve got an Android phone. “GV” is in the Market now, and it adds dialing your Google Voice number and getting through the menu system to any number you dial
